- The Cabin on the Hill will sleep 2 additional children at no extra charge

Cabin in the Meadow
- $145/Night or $812/Week, may be higher during special events
- Special Event Rates 9/7-9/22: $175/night, 3 night minimum
- Sleeps two
- Will sleep 2 additional children at no extra charge

The Farmhouse at Clear Creek Cabins
- $120/Night or $672/Week, may be higher during special events
- Special Event Rates 9/7-9/22: $145/night, 3 night minimum
- 25% discount off the nightly rate for 21 days or longer.
- Sleeps up to 4 people.Rate applies to stay by 2 people. For up to two additional people, the second bedroom will be opened up at a rate of an additional $20 per person per night ($15 per child under 12).

- Please note: The Farmhouse does not have a hot tub. If you prefer a hot tub please select one of our cabins.
Additional Fees for a Stay by Two People (or by Two Adults and up to Two Children in a cabin that will sleep more than 2):
NONE!
That’s right – no reservation fee, no cleaning fee, no hot tub sanitation fee, no whatever else you can think of fee.
There is an extra charge ($30/extra person/night) if there are more than 2 adults staying in a Cabin that will sleep more than 2.
There is an extra charge ($20/extra person/night, $25 per child under 12/night) if there are more than 2 people staying in the Farmhouse.
Half of the total (including tax) – plus up to $1 to make the balance an even number will be charged to your card at the time your reservation is made. The balance is due upon arrival, although of course you may pay it earlier if you wish. Please see our policies for cancellation refund information.
